This annual program is sponsored by the Concrete Masonry Association of California and Nevada (CMACN) and co-sponsored by AIA California Council.
Eligibility

All new built projects that incorporate concrete masonry units in their design are eligible for this awards program. Concrete masonry products for purposes of this program, means concrete masonry block. These may be either single structures or a group of related structures, including parks, plazas and monuments.
Awards
A single outstanding project in each category, as selected by the Jury, may receive the Concrete Masonry Grand Award Sculpture designed by Sacramento designer, Michael Dunlavey. At the discretion of the Jury, other distinguished projects may be recognized with an Honor or Merit Award. In addition to the traditional awards, the Sustainable Design Award could be presented to a project from any category.
